Suspected armed robber gets wish

GALLUP — Richard Johns got his wish. The accused armed robber asked 11th Judicial District Judge Grant Foutz for a new lawyer on Feb. 21, saying he was dissatisfied with the representation of court-appointed attorney Harry Kassakhian.
